Gutters and Leaders: Overview

There is no better way to keep water, ice and debris away from your home than by the use of quality aluminum gutters and leaders.  Major Homes offers .032 gauge gutters and leaders, one of the highest grades available on the market.

Older gutter systems only came in small lengths, which meant that you would have seams running every few feet.  This looked horrible and left spaces for potential leakage.  In addition, these gutters were hanged by the use of nails in the fascia board.  Inevitably the nails came out, and eventually the gutter fell off the house.  It is for that reason that Major Homes uses SEAMLESS gutters, which are made on-site to any size.  These gutters are then hanged using a special hidden bracket system, using the highest gauge aluminum.  The brackets are screwed into the fascia board, thus eliminating the possibility of detaching from your home.

QUESTION:  Whenever there is a heavy rain, my gutters overflow and water sheets over my windows, what can I do?
