Independent In-Home Sales Representative - $65K-$175K/year potential
We are seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to join our independent sales team! You will follow up on company provided leads of homeowners seeking to install/replace roofs, windows, or siding. While this is a commission-only position, a hard-working and driven rep can earn $65K-$175K per year as we offer the most generous comp plan in our industry. You will be expected to uphold and preserve our family's stellar and unmatched reputation and operate on the basis of integrity and a high level of
professionalism.
Please note that the above earning potential is real and our successful sales reps earn over $100K per year. We will provide you with marketing-generated leads and a steady stream of customer referrals, but as an independent sales rep, it is up to you to quickly, diligently and professionally follow up on all leads. Our successful reps do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers, from evening to weekend appointments and these reps consistently earn way over $100K.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads provided by our active marketing programs
- Schedule appointments with homeowners and close sales
- Our response time to inquiries and calls is quick and legendary. You are expected to diligently follow up on leads throughout the engagements with customers including post-installation engagements that drive referrals
- Follow our proven sales system that has made Major Homes a recognized and sought-after brand
- Using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, plan, schedule, and manage leads and customers
- Participate in our continuous improvement and training programs
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience (minimum 2 years) in remodeling and construction is preferred.
- Sales experience with in-home closing products is a big plus
- Detail-oriented with an uncompromising commitment to serving customers at the highest level of professionalism
- Strong negotiation skills
