As a family-owned, 4th generation business, there has never been anything more sacred and valuable to us than customers. Our ability to withstand recessions, a pandemic or any other external crisis, is directly related to the tremendous loyalty and ongoing referrals from a broad base of loyal customers. In fact, many of our new customers are the second and third generation of our original ones. We've worked hard with uncompromising commitment and integrity to withstand the test of time.
Throughout 2020 and continuing in 2021, Major Homes remains vigilant about protecting our staff as well as ensuring the safety and well being of our customers. While the best way for you to experience our legendary attentive service and the qualify of our products is during an in-home visit, we are also grounded in reality.
We want our customers to be comfortable and confident when they interact with any of us and therefore it is always YOUR choice of how we conduct business with you and your family. If you allow us into your home, you can rest assured that any member of our team practices strict CDC safety protocols. We wear masks, shields and always maintain social distance. We can meet in your garage, backyard, or inside the home if you so desire. Regardless of the method you choose, we sanitize everything before and after each visit.
If you're more comfortable starting with a virtual meeting, we're happy to do that too.
